The Ceredigion is a region of coastline which offers much activity and scenic interest. Sail or simply admire the boats at Ceredigion Harbour, visit Devil bridge Falls and the RSPB Ynyshir Nature Reserve for a real return to nature and natural beauty or get your tongue around Bwlch Nant Yr Arian and the forest visitor centre.
For those who enjoy hiking, water activities or mountaineering there can be no better place than being situated in amongst the surrounds of the Brecon Beacons and the outstanding and marvellous Black Mountains.
Did you know that the clearest skies are in this region? Star gaze and see more of the galaxy than in any part of the UK. Partake in a generous amount of outdoor activities at the Llangorse Multi Activity Centre or tunnel underground and take a tour around the National Showcaves Centre for Wales.
Much of the UK has Roman history but one of the most important Roman embattlements and town can be found at what remains of the Roman Fort in Caerleon. Visit the current capital of Wales, Cardiff and take in the sights and sounds of Welsh culture in true style.
Home to Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, these two quintessential Shires are home to the National Botanic Garden of Wales and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. Visit Swansea and the quite and attractive town of Newport.
